JBL Manado optimal plant care through porous structure and nutrient storage function: substrate for freshwater aquariums. Vigorous plant growth, prevents algae: effective settlement of beneficial soil bacteria and ideal root growth thanks to natural pore structure. Support for the filter. Crystal-clear water
Successful plant care
The natural substrate activates the soil flora and is ideal for plant care. The nutrient buffer with battery effect (releases nutrients until it is depleted and can be reloaded through new fertilisation) is water-neutral and rounded.
Use
Rinse briefly before use with lukewarm tap water to remove any abrasion caused in transit.
Ideal for fish, invertebrates and plants: no unwanted pollutants released into the water. Round-shaped granule grains are gentle on sensitive barbels of bottom-dwellers
High storage capacity: the natural substrate absorbs the surplus nutrients and releases them when required

The quartz sand from Aquael is an extremely fine and very light, white substrate for aquariums. This creates beautiful contrasts with coloured shrimps. It is also ideal for creating paths and walkways in an aquascape. The natural substrate material does not contain any artificial additives or coatings, which is why it is water-neutral and does not release any polluting substances. In addition, the quartz sand can also be used in soft water tanks, as it does not harden the water.
Rich Nutrition
Intensifying nutrition to Compact Soil raised livability of baby shrimp and focused on color formation and strengthening the shell of the full grown. No ammonia found for addition of naturally and completely decomposed nutrition. It helps growing of fern, moss, cryptocoryne and etc.
Containing Material that promotes Beneficial Bacteria
Upon contact with water, it promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria and helps the aquatic plants absorb nutrients in the soil.
Containing Humic Acid
Fully contained humic acid from the origin of CRS offers a good water quality to full grown shrimp and raise livability of the baby at the same time.
Containing Microelements
Containing many kinds of microelements give an important effect to color formation and the shell with the soil itself
Excellent adsorptive power
This adsorption power is the feature of Neo soil different from others such as similar soils or black soils.
Hard flooring like black soil has no air hole itself that bacteria only settles on the surface of it. But Neo soil has many air holes inside, which enable beneficial bacteria to breed in bulk and decompose pollutants continuously: biological filter itself
Healthy CRS well feeding for 55 days with filter and aeration without water change. Not only Japanese Compact Soil prevents pollution by adsorbing pollutants from feed, it offers habitats to shrimps because it is a filter itself. And also it maintains for a long time subacid water quality, most of tropical fishes, aquatic plants, CRS and others like.
Neo soil is consisted of 2 layers, brown soil inside and black soil outside, which makes it lighter than other soils
Sera Floredepot is a special nutrient substrate for plant aquariums, which contains many nutrients and supports root growth in aquatic plants.
Sera Floredepot is a controlled release soil foundation fertiliser layer, which is used when setting up an aquarium as the lowest layer in the soil foundation. Finally, the decorative substrate in the form of sand or gravel is used above the medium.
Sera Floredepot forms a good basis for the successful retention of aquatic plants in an aquarium. The substrate contains a mixture of sand, peat and important nutrients and trace elements. These support the rapid growth and rooting of aquarium plants. Especially in the start-up phase, the plants are supplied with all the necessary nutrients and thus can grow quickly.
Sera Floredepot offers a unique structure that enables the growth of strong roots in plants.
Bacter 100 is a substrate additive, containing more than 100 kinds of substrate bacteria in a dormant state. By sprinkling on the base substrate, it can make an ideal substrate environment. By applying on top of blue green algae, it suppresses the growth of it.
The substrate is an important part of the aquarium interior because a lot of animals dig in the ground to search for food. The plants also need a safe hold and have to absorb the food in the ground through their roots. Digging fish definitely need a substrate which is not sharp-edged. Undergravel heating can only be recommended for medium-fine to coarse substrates because water circulation cannot really build up in very fine substrates.
Ista Soil for Plant and Shrimp pH6.5 is specially formulated to allow optimal rooting and growth of aquarium water plants. This soil substrate is specially made from natural soil, sintered into a soft, porous and granular structure with excellent filtering power. Soil helps maintain stable, healthy, and clear water for a long period of time. It is sintered with organic acid suitable for shrimp, fresh water fish, and plants.
Amazonia Ver.2 uses black soil for a raw material and it stands out against the leaf color of aquatic plants, and also includes Amazonia Supplement to enrich nutrients. By adding an appropriate amount of Amazonia supplement and laying Amazonia Ver.2, aquatic plants grow better and a beautiful Nature Aquarium can be realized. In addition, natural soils make the water quality suitable for aquatic plants and tropical fish, and it is easy to maintain an aquarium at the initial stage, so it can be used widely from beginners to veterans.
